I’m picking up agave, lime, and pepper on both the nose and taste, with a medium finish and nice tears clinging to the glass. Going back to it I get some pineapple on the nose, and taste now has a very slight smoky earthy note. It sips nice enough and the citrus with pepper pop should make for a great margarita.
Surprisingly good. Taste at Carnitas Jaime in Arandas. Surprisingly good even delicious! There is some sweet minerality in the taste. Finish is pleasant. Cool to find!
This has a little pepper and agave but is not bold or assertive. Good as a sipper but better as a mixer.(No disrespect intended). I mixed a great variation on the traditional Paloma (I muddled fresh lime and fresh cucumber into the glass before I started) It was quite delicious and refreshing. I recommend this juice because of its versatility.
