There is a notably distinct aroma of minerality and ethyl notes. Also smokiness, chocolate, mint, citrus and floral undertones. With the initial sip, the palate is greeted by assertive alcohol, scathing ethyl, which makes the minerality feel abrasive as well though the peppery note is spicy yet palatable. However, this is balanced by the emergence of a honeyed sweetness, earthy nuances, cooked agave, and minute brine undertones.Very multifaceted. Although the initial taste is rough to me, the finish I find personally enjoyable. Subtle brine nuances, fading traces of smoke, lingering agave, vegetal earthiness, minerality, and citrus makes for a notable and long lingering aftertaste.
Agave, green bell pepper, citrus, pepper. Nice enough sip.
