LOTE BC03, tasted on 3-15-25. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, hint of acidity, hint of earthiness, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of sweetness emerges, however, aromas are quite subtle. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of mint, light pepper spiciness. Finish is medium to almost medium long, hint of cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of pepper spiciness with a minty sensation persists.
Drinkable on the rocks, but hard to drink straight. On the rocks it is grassy. Aroma: peach, orange, candy Taste: sweet, spicy, chemical Flavor: sweet, oak, additives more than oak,
Had this at “Panteon”(Day of the Dead festival) in Oxnard 10/24….The rep talked about changing distilleries for improved quality. He stated no additives. This was an easy sipper with agave and light pepper. The finish was medium length and clean . Only one store carrying it in the Ventura area so this may be hard to find. I think I’ll get a bottle for a complete review.
