Vessel: Glencairn Nose: Cinnamon, Butter, Citrus, Stonefruit, Melon Flavor: Jalapeño, Melon, Vanilla Finish: Cooked Agave, Anise, Honey With a name like Polanco, I had my doubts. To me, the name sounds more like a vodka brand than a tequila brand. Still, I gave this a fair shake and it did not disappoint.

Polanco blanco (from Casa loy NOM 1633) $55 usd Neck pour = When i first nosed it i got sweet agave butter yeast and alcohol. As it opened, I got some fruit anise mint some vegetal vanilla and pepper. Nice thick long legs. palate is sweet agave mint and a nice pepper finish. Easy sipper i will revisit and update my review if appropriate
