Batch 001 | Cooked agave is front and center, vegetal nose with minerals and cinnamon. Agave, cinnamon and light vanilla. Viscous with a great lingering agave finish
Batch 001 | Tasted this after having Lost Lore high proof reposado. This was slightly thinner with more pronounced vanilla and chocolate and better aroma. Both are solid choices though.
Batch 001 | Siembra Alteño batch 1 Agave bomb delicious! Caramel vanilla yummy Light barrel influences 90 pts!!!
Batch 001 | Nose: Agave, Dried Cherries, Almond, Cinnamon, Banana Palate: Grass, Agave, Anise, Thyme Finish: Caramel, Anise, Thyme, Cooked Agave
Batch 001 | visual: light straw initial nasal impact: slight prickle aroma:
Caramel flan, pomegranate, orange, cinnamon
Batch 001 | Batch 001: Nice nose of agave and maple. Caramel and vanilla. Light barrel spices and very light oak. On the palate this is delicious. Sweet agave and cinnamon. Barrel spices and light pepper. Butterscotch. Great mouthfeel and finish. I highly recommend this one.
Just a taste, but I prefer the Reposado to the Blanco
Batch 001 | A beautiful reposado with barrel spices, light pepper, caramel and maple notes. Let it open up and enjoy.
Batch 001 | Nose: Agave, oak, vanilla, maple, and minerals Palate: This repo is extremely balanced. Wow! Agave, oak, butterscotch, and caramel. This is just delicious Finish: Very light pepper rolls off the tongue. This is a treat and is dangerously easy to sip! Great work
Batch 001 | Wow wow wow so silky on the mouthfeel with caramel, agave, and nice light citrus and pepper
Batch 001 | Aroma: Loads of Sweet Cooked Agave mixing with Citrus and Vanilla come right at you! As the continues to open in the glass the Caramel and Oak are accompanied by a slight Maple scent and Sweet Cinnamon. The Minerality of La Ateña is definitely on full display! This also has a nice Earthiness too, but more sweet ground over a musty note. A light Floral note enters towards the end along with a Mint. Taste: The taste mirrors the Aroma, but with the addition of the Oak blending harmoniously with the Sweet Cooked Agave, Citrus, and Vanilla. Tropical Fruit flavor does abound with notes of Papaya and Guava. Black Pepper and Cinnamon give a nice tickle on the tongue. There is a nice rich Toffee Caramel touch to this as well. A light touch of Herbal and Anise give this a great balance! Finish: Rich Sweet Agave, Citrus, Vanilla along with the Black Pepper give this a nice long balanced finish! TMM—90 Salud!
Such an easy pour. The tasting notes are subtle but clean. There’s nothing to get in the way of this simple well made tequila. Hints of light caramel and distant citrus interplay with every sip. There is no heat so the sip is smooth.
Batch 001 | Nice aroma of tropical fruits. Picking up a little smoke on the nose. The cooked agave shines through. This is packed with flavor. The agave is excellent. Nice sweet fruit flavor. The barrel notes are not overpowering. Has a great finish. This is one of the repos I’ve had.
Batch 001 | Tried at Taco Mucho 3/1/25. Has some alcohol on the along with some vanilla and cinnamon. Very nice taste with lots of sweet agave and light barrel influence. Tasty but I do prefer the blanco by a very small amount.
Batch 001 | 1/27/25; Batch 001: light agave, vanilla on the nose; almond, light citrus, minerality on the front; light spice, pepper across the back of palate; at $90USD, this is a decent deal; at $75, this would have a great deal;
Batch 001 | On the nose I get super sweet roasted agave, some light oak, maple syrup, citrus with a hint of mint, tropical fruits and minerality. The plate is delicious. A hit of sweet agave, followed by some citrus, cinnamon, caramel, a fresh mintiness and white pepper.
Batch 001 | Where have you been all my life? This hands down is one of the most unique reposados on the market. Sweet agave, vanilla, caramel, maple flavors give to this sweet bubble gum taste. Incredible finish. Let this thing open up and you will not regret it. Need to find more bottles of this to stash!

Batch 001 | Nice spice on the palate along with agave sweetness. Barrel spice in the mouth and the nose reminds me of some recent El Tesoro single barrel releases. The 46% is an added bonus.
