The apple cider cask aging comes through nicely on both the aroma and the flavor, paired with some light cinnamon and cooked agave, which carry through into the finish. Glad I got to try this one.

Wow! This one put a smile on my face. The apple cider cask shines through here, and surprisingly goes well with Yeyo’s delicate profile. Although it is rather one note, I just love the idea of an agave cinnamon apple pie.

Mouth watering Joven with just enough of an apple flavor from the spiced apple cider barrel to keep it interesting. I’m usually skeptical when it comes to tequilas that are borderline “gimmicky”, but Sol is unique and far from a gimmick!

Tasting this in a big Riedel Brandy Snifter after letting it air for an hour. I am using this glassware for bringing in all of the aroma. The aroma from this glass is big and bold. The apple is very forward. First thoughts were green Jolly Ranchers. Upon deeper inspection, I get backed Apple and cinnamon and a touch of clove. The barrel influence is quite pronounced. On the palate, you can tell it is tequila and the blue Weber agave comes through. The apple and baking spices are still there and the overall taste is pleasing. I get some minerals and earthiness. The finish is a touch bitter. The viscosity is a little thin. I like this but upon this first tasting, I don’t see me reaching for this that often. Not that it isn’t good, it is. However, I am not used to this profile coming a tequila.

Sampled at Monterey Tequila Fest: Very unique apple cinnamon profile, great for fall. Not your typical tequila—but for an experiment I enjoyed it! Revisited with a full glass at home: “Sol” Celebration is aged in ex-spiced apple cider barrels. Loads of fruity apple on the nose, almost like apple juice. Taste follows through with apple and cinnamon spice. Very nice.

Took my joven v-card. And I’m so glad I waited for you yeyo. That crispy apple sweetness really shines through on the nose. Baked apple pie immediately on the palette. And a little bit of barrel spice on the finish. One of my favorite bottles I’ve tried so far.

Nose: Wow, it's like a fresh apple pie! Cooked agave, cooked apples, cinnamon, citrus, nutmeg, oak. Taste: sweet up front with some of the apple flavor, but mostly cooked agave, cinnamon, and some black pepper. Finish: Medium, mild finish with some leftover cinnamon, citrus, and ends with black pepper. It's definitely a little odd relative to most tequilas, but I love how 1414 puts out offerings that are well outside the box.

on the nose bright citrus, sweet candy apples . agave on the palate, the burst in between an agave aged tequila with the apple cider. citrus sume butter . long hot finish where the sweetness vanishes and leaves more craving for more.

Super unique with the barrel aging in ex apple cider barrels. Crazy nose filled with the obvious apple flavors, hints of banana and pepper. A little cinnamon and an oaky finish. One of the more unique barrel finishes I’ve had in a while.

Wow! Baked apples and cinnamon on the nose, which carries into the body. Cooked agave and baked apples play very well together, which I wasn’t expecting. I appreciate that Yeyo experiments with different kinds of barrels and flavors. Big fan of this.

As soon as you open this bottle it smells like a apple orchard. You are able to taste cooked agave and baking spices cinnamon to be exact. The spiced apple cider influence is not overwhelming but just enough to enjoy. A perfect fall/ winter drink.

Lot YEYOJOV24172 26/09/24 Aroma: straight up baked apple pie! maybe some cherry and blueberry too Flavor: sweet baked apple pie with mint and eucalyptus and definitely get the cheery and blueberry too Mouthfeel: Light body and slight alcohol burn Finish: theslight alcohol burn drops off quickly and leaves sweet dark syrup and ends more spicy Color: light golden honey This is crazy good but not typical in any way for tequila. I'm excited for more of this kind of experimentation from Yeyo.

So unique ! Tasted at rancho Los agaves at sabor y cultura bottle share It’s like no other joven Nose is so unique as well . Love the use of unique barrels , they make it work so well it’s a balance of the barrel but the agave does not take a back seat Must try
