Nice caramel and vanilla notes with pepper and light minerality. I do get a little more alcohol on the nose maybe because of the proof level but very enjoyable.

Wow this is a solid reposado with some complexity. There’s tons of cooked agave coming from the higher proof with great barrel notes to add to that. Nose: cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, oak, apple, butter, and almond. Palate: cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, black pepper, oak, butterscotch, citrus, and almond. Tons of aromas and flavors coming from this one with a great medium to long finish with those flavors evolving one right after the other. Absolutely love this high proof reposado.

Oh boy, I love this one! My favorite Lost Lore? Still have a couple to try but it’s a contender. I like it considerably more than the regular Reposado. Nicely done.

Nose: Pear, Cooked Agave Vanilla, Cinnamon, Almond, Butter, Caramel, Starfruit Body: Medium to Full- Bodied Palate: Cinnamon, Butterscotch, Carmel, Apples Finish: Cinnamon, Toffee, Agave, and Cream Soda This was a great HP Reposado. I didn't get much oak, I expected that I'd get more, but this was a pleasant surprise. Apple, Pear, Cinnamon, and Agave throughout. This one is one of my favorite HP Repos, I've had to date. Yet another resounding WIN from Sergio.

I love seeing more HP repos and ages expression coming out. We Fuerte Fanatics are all about the high proofs. lost lore did an awesome job with this one. Put something in the hands of Sergio cruise and it is usually winner. Nose is nice and sweet. Cooked agave, apple, dried fruits. Barrel notes of vanilla, caramel and cinnamon. A touch of almond and honey. On the palate I get cooked agave, butterscotch, citrus, caramel. It also has a minerality to it and an earthy flavor. I get a nice taste of cinnamon and a small touch of dark chocolate. Finish has a slight touch of bitterness but quickly dissipates and leaves a nice balanced finish. This HP repo competes strongly with Ocho Widow Jane as one of my top HP repos. I actually rate this a point higher at 90.

This is straight delicious. Retains a lot of the cooked agave flavor, but has a lot of the butterscotch, marshmallow flavors from the barrel.

This tequila is for serious tequila drinkers. It's strong and flavorful, not for mixing in margaritas. Taste: The main flavor is agave, that's the plant tequila is made from, and it tastes kind of grassy. There's also a big hit of black pepper, some citrus like lime, and a slightly earthy aftertaste. It's strong stuff, and you'll definitely notice the peppery kick and a kind of mineral taste. Because it's "high proof," the flavors are really intense. Basically, this tequila is all about bold flavors. If you like a strong, peppery tequila with lots of agave flavor, this is for you.
