I detected a lot of oregano in the aroma that literally reminded me of a pizza.

This is a very pale straw color. Nose gives a resinous odor that reminds me of shellac. This has an easy entry with caramel notes and the taste of stone fruits. A sweet short finish hold this back.

Aroma: Rich and inviting with pronounced fruitiness and the unmistakable scent of cooked agave. Subtle hints of light citrus and a touch of herbal essence create a balanced bouquet. Palate:The first sip reveals a mellowed minerality, seamlessly blending with the robust flavor of black pepper. The grassy and herbal notes persist, providing a fresh and clean profile, complemented by light citrus and a pleasant astringency. Finish: Smooth and satisfying, leaving a lingering taste of mineral and earthy elements, with a hint of fruity sweetness that invites another sip. A striking rose gold, adding a visual appeal to the tasting experience. A versatile Rosa Blanco, perfect for elevating cocktails while maintaining the complexity needed for a neat pour. The fruitiness and light citrus notes add an extra layer of sophistication.

Unlike any other Rosa I have tried... smooth and agave-forward with a slight sweetness from the barrel and a slight dry finish. Delicate and balanced

LOTE 445, bottled on 311023, tasted on 3-5-24. Color: light pink with an orange hue. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light fruitiness, sweeter than the blanco, green vegetal and herbaceous notes are very light compared to the blanco, rounder than the blanco. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, less expressive than the nose, has a light astringent or citrus sensation, not as sweet as the nose either. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of sweet cooked agave, hint of fruitiness, light citrus and hint of astringent sensation persists, ends slightly dry.
