Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: CVA3323, bottled on 14-12-2023, tasted on 11-18-24. Color: dark yellow to light brown. Aroma: light acidity, hint of wood note, light caramel, hint of sourness, hint of drying sensation, light earthiness, after 20 minutes in the glass a hint of cooked agave aroma emerges. Wood note becomes more noticeable as time goes by and is slightly astringent. Light vanilla. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is quite dominating on the palate and ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of cooked agave, light caramel and vanilla note with slightly dominating wood note persists, ends slightly dry.
