Mexican 38% abv. version, LOTE 090623B2, marbete is from 2011, tasted on 11-4-23. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave with a hint of salt, minerality, light earthiness, light stone fruit sweetness, sweet anise, herbal, as more time passes it becomes more briny. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour & acidic balance. At the end it is briny. Finish is medium to long, light sweet & salty cooked agave with herbal notes and earthiness persist.
