Nariz mineral, tierra, obvio agave, evoluciona a cítricos. En boca suave, mucho agave, poco alcohol. Bien integrado. Creo que por su bajo grado alcohólico se percibe más suave.

Lot T/B 080122/TV I brought this one home from Cabo San Lucas. The nose is very mineral and vegetable with a lot of floral. Flavor is creamy with some sweet agave citrus and floral flavor. The finish is not long it has a citrus and allspice and agave flavor. I like it not my favorite Blanco. I do believe because it’s a proof it has less of an agave punch if it was a high proof!

LOTE T/B 271023/TV, recent bottling, tasted on 2-26-24. Aroma: raw agave, briny, quite intense green vegetal note, slightly herbaceous. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light black pepper, ends slightly dry. Feels watered down. Finish is short to medium, briny raw agave, salty, green vegetal & light black pepper note persists but not too long.
