This is a barrel heavy Añejo. Aroma is good with cherries and caramel. The taste is powerful but with mostly barrel flavors and lots of pepper. Finish is a little puckering but pleasant.

Or unique color as it was in wine barrels Smell is with some chocolate, a little bit of cherry, maybe agave is medium The taste is definitely chocolate, some darker fruit minerals, and caramel Finishes medium I get a little bit of scotch along with the other flavors listed above maybe a little light alcohol burn

Chocolate maraschino cherries on the nose Less syrupy than the nose led me to expect, but definitely chocolate notes. Can’t find any agave. Medicinal cherry finish that gets better with more sips, but still rough. Glad I have it a chance, but not for me

No agave on the nose or palate. Tastes more like dark chocolate and other artificial flavors, but got no Agave or Tequila characteristics. Could not even get any wine influence...tasted similar to the DJ 1942 VDN.

No agave In the smell nor taste, syrup consistency, high caramel taste, a hint of the rosé, finishes off with a slight alcohol burn.

This was a miss for me. Super barrel forward with an unnatural sweetness. Not much agave present. Tons of vanilla and cherry that tastes fake.

Beautiful onion skin amber colour. Oak spice at the forefront on the nose, with vanilla and subtle dried red fruit really rounding out the agave. Round on the palate with an echo of dried fruit on the palate. Minerally ending. Añejo tequilas can often be drowned out by too much wood for me, but this had a really fun subtle yet complex imprint of fruit.
