El Olor: Light floral and citrus notes ride along with an herbal fragrance. Occasionally I detect wet grass but mostly vegetal. El Sabor: Hard and astringent with a rough punch of alcohol. This is a MAN’S tequila at room temp but a true gentleman’s tequila when you tame it with a rock. The taste, even after decanting, is still very tight. This one opens up nicely with a splash of water too. It’s pepper forward with maybe some cinnamon right near the finish. El Final: Finish is a strong lingering finish. Does not have any notes of leather or tobacco but would pair well with a cigar and has enough finish for you to enjoy the fumar and tequila together. I recommend a dark wrapper. Good tequila at $35US. Not the best at that point but a contender. It can be enjoyed by itself but really wants to be paired with a strong cheese, cigar, or BBQ.
