Entirely too sweet & without a doubt has been manipulated. The nose here is decent, although no particular note is grabbing my attention aside from the near tangible cloy of this tequila. On the palate a rush of cotton candy, dried fruits, fake vanilla, caramel candy, sugar syrup, and coffee cake was prominent. The mouthfeel here was thick, too thick, and reminded me of other tequilas where glycerin was added to artificially thicken the spirit. The finish was cloying and lengthy. Very poor showing on this anejo.
