Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: 02-290104-11:05, marbete is from 2004, tasted on 5-24-24. Color: yellow to dark yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, barrel spice, light vanilla, light wood note that becomes more intense as time goes by, hint of black pepper, light earthiness, after 20 minutes in the glass it becomes slightly herbaceous and light green vegetal notes emerge. Light acidity and light citrus notes. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note is more intense on the palate and slightly drying, earthier on the palate too. Light spiciness. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with light vanilla, light wood note, hint of pepper spiciness with light herbal notes persist.
