This Anejo shows light peppers and dried fruit. Along with vanilla and barrel notes.

Oak, agave, pepper, light smoke/char, and caramel. For me, the best of the three main expressions.

Aroma: agave, woody & warm sweetness (maple syrup, caramel, vanilla) Flavor: sits nice at the beginning with notes of agave, oak/wood shavings & butterscotch/vanilla/light molasses

Vanilla and butterscotch on the nose. Vanilla weaves through mid and finish. A bit of harsh oak is noticeable on the finish. All in all, an interesting anejo and worthy of being party of your collection.

burnt agave syrup, likely from wine barrels as used. Tasty overall with caramel, vanilla, nutmeg, fruit, cherry and sweet.

Aroma: caramel, vanilla, medium intensity Palate: agave, vanilla, pepper, slight char, medium finish Retains agave flavor although aged, no burn, great for sipping at the price point!
