This tequila surprise me didn't expect it to be this nice. I detect some agave a little oak comes down without burn.

Nutty, caramel aroma and flavor with a bit astringent, fusel oil taste, finish.

A nice melon, black pepper and slight chocolate aroma. Well balanced. Not too sweet (thankfully!) Slightly over aged for me, though. It feels like more of an añejo.

Almond-paste / cake batter on the nose. Interesting, but not like anything I’ve experienced in any other tequila. There is also a synthetic-rubber smell. Pale straw color in the glass. Silky, light-creamy mouthfeel - high-point. Downhill from here… One-dimensional on the palate, with a bit of the nose repeating on the palate, but pepper primarily dominates the flavor profile. Finish is a bit long with a tingle along both sides of the tongue that’s lasts a bit after the flavor has gone.

Little too sweet, additives probably, it’s an okay sipper but wouldn’t recommend for Rita’s

Had this after El Tesoro so the vanilla really stood out. Not bad and would drink again, but assuming it has additives which I personally am starting to dislike.

Smell to me wasn’t all that, but the glass was small. Finish was good, had a sweet flavor to my tongue that I couldn’t put my finger on

$45 I would say better than average for the price. Vanilla and caramel on the nose. Vanilla, caramel, agave and pepper on the tongue. Slightly sweet. Nice oily mouthfeel with a pleasant aftertaste.

Bit of sweetness in front along with mix of caramel & vanilla. Astringent at finish after it sat a bit in my glass. Enjoyable

No burn, with a Mild oak and honey finish. Tastes kind of like a baby Añejo .. which makes it a bargain.
