NOM 1460 | Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: L TCB 3561, bottled on 130921, tasted on 8-28-24. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, hint of acidity, hint of citrus, hint of fruitiness, hint of earthiness. Slightly herbal. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, there is a sweetness that doesn’t feel 100% natural through my retronasal. Ends slightly dry. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of cooked agave, hint of earthiness with hint of raw agave or green vegetal note persists.
