40% abv. versión, lot: LT161219B, acquired recently, tasted on 6-10-24. Aromas: starts off very thick & oily, cooked agave with green vegetal and earthy notes which with time softens, light acidity, hint of pepper spiciness, after 20 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes a tad sweet. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, thick & oily. Finish is medium to long, cooked agave with earthy & green vegetal notes, light acidity with a hint of pepper spiciness persists. Reminds me of older bottlings of Sauza blanco.

The aroma and taste are defined by the smell of rain with the spice of black pepper with other, subtler, tones present. The burn of ethanol is barely present and it leaves a pleasant tingling on the lips.

Chemical flavored peaches is what I taste. Mixed with a bit of grass. Slightly sweet finish.
