Tequila Honey Badger
Mexican 38% abv. versión, lote: L.14221218, bottled on 18-02-2019, tasted on 5-24-24. Color: light yellow to very light yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light fruitiness, light acidity, hint of citrus, hint of pepper spiciness, light barrel spice, hint of wood note, hint of vanilla. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, light fruity notes through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of sweet cooked agave, light acidity, light earthiness, light fruitiness with light citrus notes persist.
Nose: Pungent minerals. Big ripe agave, citrus and butterscotch. Some floral notes. Lively palate: black pepper, rounded fruit, butterscotch and prominent baking spices.
