Nose: vanilla/ cinnamon/ chocolate/ butter / banana/melon / peach / citrus / lime / agave / anise / tea / hint of spearmint/ nutmeg Taste: anise / artificial vanilla / cinnamon/ agave cooked / banana/ apple / melon/ citrus fruit / tea / spearmint / alcohol/ cream soda / artificial sweeteners Finish: a viscous not syrupy mouthfeel is decent but the lingering sweetener and possibly fake vanilla just run this ship aground. There’s a bitterness after all the sweet. This blanco seems to have just enough artificial sweetener and vanilla to make it not too good. But the nose is very good….if like artificial vanilla.

This blanco tequila offers a subtle aroma, a light agave flavor, but the profile is disappointingly flat. It lacks complexity, presenting a simple and raw agave taste with minimal bittersweet nuances, falling short of delivering a more intricate drinking experience.

Green pepper, lactic nose. Average, not bad.

Aroma: Hints of melon and mint. There is also a hint of agave but slightly makes by a medicinal note. Flavor: Lots of pepper throughout but not much else. Can't say that I love it but also can't say that I hate it. Just wish there were a couple other notes. Finish: Mild. Nothing too write home about. Definitely was expecting more on the finish with the dominant pepper note in the flavor.

Slight saline and agave aroma but largely dominated by a distinct and forward note of dill. A biting peppery spice hits immediately and dominates the flavor. A bit of mint shows up toward the end. The mouthfeel on this one is very thin and it has a relatively quick finish. The word that keeps coming to mind in describing this one is "unbalanced". There is nothing really wrong but also nothing really right. 9/9/2016 (65) Re-rated 05/11/2022

Tasted in a large shot glass at Altiro Restaurant. Not a huge aroma, but pleasant. Mouthfeel is good, with a good warm burn for a finish.
