Aroma: light cooked agave, light mint, light acidity, light minerality, hint of lemon, after 20 minutes in the glass the mint aroma becomes more intense. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, mint sensation is more intense on the palate, ends slightly astringent. Finish is medium, hint of cooked agave, hint of citrus with mint aroma persists.
