One of the worst brands I've ever tasted. Artificial sugar bomb. Just plain horrible! Avoid!

Just too sweet for me but I think a younger crowd would love it.

Little aromas to discern besides vanilla, caramel, and oak. About the same on the palate and overpoweringly sweet.

Huge hit of oak off the nose and then overwhelmed by sweetness, not my thing but I see where it has its place

NOM 1466 | Dark Chocolate notes. Slightly funky. This is not my cup of tea really, doesn’t really taste of Tequila. And for the price, you can buy Fortaleza instead.

NOM 1466 | Nose is just caramel and vanilla. Flavor is caramel and vanilla no agave a lot of artificial sweetener . The finish is just artificial sweetener to me . This is one I really don’t taste much of anything that relates to tequila.

first hit was a butterscotch/vanilla taste. caramel and cake batter like having a sweet dessert. not what I want in a high price tequila.

NOM 1466 | Sweet on the nose. Caramel, vanilla, butter, oak and nutmeg. Pale amber color. Medium mouthfeel. Sweet to the taste - caramel up front with vanilla, and hints of maple. Some light pepper and a mild cinnamon-spice finish. Warm and very pleasant although I get saccharin-like artificial sweetener aftertaste in the finish.

NOM 1466 | Heavy vanilla - overly sweet for what I look for in tequila. Cotton candy. Slightly bitter artificial sweetener aftertaste.

NOM 1466 | This tastes like a super additive tequila with carmel and glycerin. To someone that doesn’t know any better, its amazing because its so smooth, but it shouldnt be called tequila. It’s over priced for what it is, but your wife or girlfriend will love it.

It is a little over priced but I do love the sweet profile. It makes for a good sipper paired with a nice cigar. It has that sweet additive profile, but I still enjoy it, but don’t enjoy the price.

NOM 1466 | Rich vanilla flavors with a almost syrupy after feel. Test stays long after the sensation. Delicious!

Another additive bomb with no tequila notes, no complexity, and no fun to drink.

Carmel vanilla sweet notes with more of that in the tasting. Very smooth finish. The bottle is over $110 so not the best value. As a gift to me I like it!

The bottle alone is a great conversation piece. If you are a purist, this ain't your tequila. Very sweet with chocolate and cherry flavors overpowering the agave and barrel. The longer you allow it to sit, the more it starts to taste more like a cherry coke than a tequila. I enjoy sipping this one with my non-tequila drinking friends. The price is a bit high but not inhibitive.

Padre Azul Anjeo is not my type of tequila. Overly sweet with vanilla, carmel over taking the cooked agave. $100 @ Sip Tequilla.

The flavour profile is much broader and natural than the rest of the line in this brand. It has a pleasant aroma; caramel and red fruit (cherries?). Nice flavour mix of butter, clove and maple syrup. Mouth feel is an improvement from the Silver. In terms of value I would suggest going with Casamigos for something similar and less pricey.
