The aromas consist of light toffee and butterscotch, brown sugar, cinnamon, oak, and faint allspice. Flavorful notes of toffee and cinnamon, with a lighter mouthfeel. The finish consists of a punch of spicy cinnamon, as well as allspice, oak, and cooked agave. A very easy to drink añejo, and a great value. A pleasant surprise out of La Martiñena distillery.

Nose: Big ripe agave, butterscotch, celery, pineapple, citrus, anise and trace pine needle aroma. Dark in color, light on the oak. Flavors are vibrant and bold. Rounded fruit notes, sweet and spicy barrel spice, caramel, and pleasant pepper heat. All in nice balance.

Hint of earthiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, light resinous sweetness.
