NOM 1456 | Mexican 35% abv. version, no lot code, marbete is from 2003, tasted on 5-4-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, light acidity, light hay, light agave fiber, hint of fruitiness, hint of dirt that doesn’t bother. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, a light fermenting agave juice aroma through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of cooked agave, aroma of fermenting agave juice, light hay with a hint of fruitiness persists.
