Rated blind after aeration. Crystal clear. Lots of pearls. Long slow legs. Big agave aroma, possible more of a baked agave smell, maybe a little nutmeg or cinnamon. Big buttery agave flavor, rounded at the edges, accented with celery and citrus. Moderate moist pepper/spice feel that lingers. Mouthwatering. Nice cinnamon aroma at the bottom of the glass. I really like this.

40% abv. LOTE210BDA, totally black bottle, acquired recently, tasted on 4-29-24. Aroma: light metallic note, acidity, citrus, hint of spiciness, light white floral note, but, doesn’t feel 100% natural… Palate: confirms aromas perceived, sweetness that doesn’t feel derived from agave, light metallic note present on the palate too. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweetness that doesn’t feel 100% natural, light green vegetal notes with acidic and citrus notes persist.
