Mexican 38% abv. versión, the front label depicts 3 horses, black plastic twist cap with fun stopper, LOTE 42-12-04, I estimate it was bottled sometime in 2004 congruent with the marbete from the same year, tasted on 11-23-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, light acidity, light citrus, hint of aromatic green vegetal notes, hint of orange, after 20 minutes the cooked agave note becomes sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, light earthiness through my retronasal. Hint of sourness. Finish is medium to almost medium long, light cooked agave, light citrus with light green vegetal notes persists.
