Aroma is a nice floral/vegetal combination with a bit of wet cement/stone. Flavor begins sweet and floral then moves to a nice black pepper spice. The finish is medium length. Overall, a nice, easy blanco sipper. But, something is missing. Maybe this one is a little too easy. 7/24/2015

I can't believe I haven't rated this until now. I've come back to this several times and spent the evening with it. The bottle is mostly gone. I'll likely replace it, but it's a bit steep at $50 a bottle for the blanco. Nothing about this has an over-the-top "wow" factor, but it's just very well done with a bright, full agave and citrus profile that I really enjoy. Definitely a sipper you can stick with all night. The bottle includes solid tasting notes: First Impression: Sweet agave caramel accentuated with a citrus fruitiness and a hint of floral notes. Mid-palate: Lemon peel, green apple, cooked agave undertones with a subtle hint of a mild spiciness. Finish: A continuum of fruity citrus taste and sweet agave nectar with gently smooth spicy peppery notes that linger elegantly on your pallet.
