Like this blanco, nice mouth feel, sweet peppery cooked agave. Nice balance

Citrus and agave on the nose and some nice viscosity on entry. A bit of agave sweetness that is overwhelmed initially by a big peppery alcohol burst which fades to reveal that same sweetness as a nice finish develops. Bottle is around 10 years old maybe? and was unopened. Tastes very fresh. Tequila keeps well in glass for many years when properly sealed and stored.

Aroma of agave and citrus with a bit of a medicinal undertone. Spicy pepper flavor with a hint of sweetness (vanilla, nutmeg??). Short finish.

Aroma: Very strong medicinal note that reminds me of rubbing alcohol. There is a hint of apple and banana but they are overpowered by the medicinal note. Flavor: Much better than I expected. The banana definitely comes through in the taste and there's also a hint of mint and cinnamon.

Sol Dios platinum, nom 1472. imported by Sipal tequila co Miami FL. cool bottle with decent tequila inside. smell of alcohol and pear. tequila is on the thin side with a green apple and pear taste, along with slight cooked agave notes. it's warm in the mouth ( not hot) and has a slight alcohol taste . has a long finish but is most one dimensional. no lote number on bottle. would buy again if priced around 35 to 40 dollar range
