Doesn’t state NOM, tasted on 10-26-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: hint of cooked agave, light grain or cereal distillate aroma, hint of vanilla, hint of wood note, light mineral, hint of metallic note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, mineral & light metallic note is more noticeable on the palate and slightly dominating. Alcohol sensation is medium. Finish is medium to almost medium long, mineral, light metallic note, hint of vanilla with a hint of cooked agave note persists.
