Aroma: A sweet and floral entrance that is covered with contrasting layers between vegetal, citrus and green apple notes. It does possess nuances of raw agave and vegetal/herbaceous aromas that are distinctly from the Valley region. Notes: raw agave, black pepper, citrus, licorice, alcohol, and minerals. Flavors: As you dive in, the aromas perceived before are maintained, but exemplified once you taste it. For this profile, the raw agave sweetness remains, but gets accompanied by some mineral notes that are short and followed by a citric layer of orange peel and the finish incorporate a subtle trace of green apple and green banana. This Blanco is enjoyable and easy to sip during a dinner among family and friends as a sipping digestif. Mellow/thin complexity. Notes: raw agave, vanilla, fruity, green apple, orange, citrus, licorice, medicinal, and white pepper.
