Upon first sniff I got quite a bit of alcohol. The first taste was surprising. I can’t quite place the flavor I’m getting but it is not cooked agave. For $40 I expected more.
Soft herbal, fresh agave and citrus in the nose. Cooked agave, lemon, basil, oily, butter sweetness in the mouth. White pepper, tangerine, floral in the finish.
