Sampled in store. Better than anticipated, given where it's produced.

Decent for 40 bucks. Tastes clean & clean presentation too. Coming from 1438, one can never know about additives.

Nose: sweet agave, pear, maybe cherry, and then a hint of vanilla Taste: very welcoming, not too sharp, but classic. Agave, red currant, green grape, but turning a light pepper and hint of grapefruit Finish: very smooth, especially for a Blanco. A bit sweeter than I’m used to, but not artificial. It’s pure and extremely enjoyable. I’d put this next to Lalo and slightly below Wild Common (my favorite Blanco)

Very impressed with this blend of highlands and lowlands agaves. A nice mellow nose of sweet agave with some citrus and earthy, herbal notes. Some jalapeño perhaps too. Palate was interested, but welcoming. Starts off with a nice punch of agave, some nice citrus and sweeter notes quickly turn into more peppery, earthy and herbal tastes. The entire process was very smooth throughout including the finish which was short, but leaves you wanting to try this again and again. Price is also very solid. $37
