First thing I notice is the added vanilla and the second thing is the lack of complexity. Other than that nothing unpleasant. Typical agave and cracked pepper with average ethanol. Drank meat in a rocks glass at cover 3 round rock tx.

Not a taste note but a note on bottle. This is the third 1824 cork/stopper that comes apart on opening. Cheap stopper.

This is a nicely balanced blanco. Nice agave on the nose and that follows nicely to the tongue with an agave sweetness up front with a light pepper finish that stays a little bit.
