Agave, vanilla, peppery and slightly lactic/cheese nose. Sweet, natural agave flavor and mineral, lasting finish. Nice, oily mouthfeel. Tasty!

As usual for Ocho, this is delicately aged and honors the cooked agave that makes tequila what it is. Agave still dominates (thankfully!) but it has just a tiny bit of vanilla and caramel to round it out. Flavor is also full of agave, and a little bit of spice. Nicely done, not overdone!
