One extremely rich and dedecant tequila with loads of raisins, dates, figs, honey, dark chocolate, espresso, pineapples, walnuts, almonds, hazlenuts, cinnamon, luxardo cherries, butterscotch, dulce de leche, leather, and tobacco with a backbone of jalapeños and cooked agave. Wouldn’t necessarily put this up on the same level as tears of llorona, don fulano imperial, tres cuatro y cinco, etc. but was very well worth trying.

Sherry and barrel spice are the first smells to impress my olfactory system. Followed by subtle undertones of cooked agave. Beautiful caramel color with nice viscosity and generous legs in the brandy snifter. The taste is impressive and long with notes of chocolate, vanilla and barrel spice. Pleasant lonnnnnnng finish. God i want a cigar!
