MX only release along with the blanco. Herbs and light barrel spice along with some pepper this is well balanced on the palate and as always with Ocho, lightly touched by the barrel. 04192018 at La Cata

The nose starts vegetal and herbaceous with a celery like note. It is followed by cinnamon, spices, butterscotch and cooked agave. Nice mouth feel, silky. Packs some pepper at first, then mellows to vanilla and candied citrus notes. Long warm finish on the back of my throat. Lingering butterscotch nuances and a hint of bitterness. Love this one!
