Old dusty bottle. Nose: Appealing aromas of ripe red fruit, agave, round barrel spices and hints of apple, pear and citrus. Flavor: Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, toasted hazelnuts, fruit and pepper. Finish: Fairly long. An odd background aftertaste.

Local blend/small batch. Not the standard anejo. Happy with this bottle

Nose : Inviting sweet , vanilla , caramel Taste : Heavy on vanilla sweetness , oak flavor with a very medicinal additive sweet aftertaste , not very complex . Too sweet for my taste .

Nothing that makes me say wow. Tastes alright, but nothing memorable. Nose: good aroma, vanilla, wood, had to look for the agave but it’s there. Taste: again, nothing made me say whoa. Pretty unremarkable notes of wood, oak, smoke.

Tried at Morenos Liquor in Chicago. Exclusive to Morenos one rested in Hungarian Barrels.

Very vanilla on the nose, not good vanilla, fake vanilla. The barrel notes are fine, the agave is buried under heavy additives. Classic TequiLIE from Cuervo. Buy something better for the same money.

Strong barrel notes, caramel vanilla stand out. Not a lot of depth and a little watery but it's fine as a low end option.

alcohol, oak, and something sweet on the nose. taste of oak and vanilla. Sweet and somewhat viscous. Finish is ok and probaly my favorite part. This is a 2020 Morenos store pick aged partly in Hungarian oak.

Rather simple for an Anejo. Clean. Not very complex.

It has that bourbon richness which is not what many expect. Beautiful amber in the bottle and has a very wood/bourbon finish to it. The burn is there but balanced and enjoyable.

Very good aroma to start off. Comparable to a good bourbon. Goes down smooth with a cherry oak flavor. Smoking with a Hera Estero by Drew Estates but probably goes better with a darker Maduro.

Smells a little like a sweet whisky. To me has a little caramel flavor but not syrup like
