Pretty good for a $60 a liter XA. Lots of barrel spice and agave sweetness that finishes a little harsh from some alcohol.

Still sweet. Much more balanced than Anejo and repo

Fantastic find if looking for a great value in an excellent extra anejo.

Initially the aroma was less than desirable. It was very isopropyl alcohol. I swirled my glass and it literally took 30 seconds before any legs showed up. What really saves this tequila is the taste, very mellow dispute the smell and has a ton of flavor. Fruity and with a butterscotch and caramel flavor. I like to smell the empty glass after sitting and this is very floral with a touch of perfume counter girl. Update Recently revisited this one and had to bump up the rating on the aroma, it’s much more desirable. Solid tequila.
