Aroma: Notes of vanilla and raw agave. There is also a subtle hint of almond. It's very complex and very nice. Flavor: Strong notes of oak and then subtle vanilla flavor. There are also some grassy notes and is also slightly minty. Finish: Strong nice finish. It sits in the back of your mouth and builds.
