This is a bottle I purchased at the distillery in 2013. The abv is 38°. Although the nose is very pleasant, the finish is harsh and not pleasant. I believe I purchased it because it was very tasty at 1459. I’ll have to restate on my next trip there.

Muy muy smooth! Agave still present from start to finish, they took this out at the perfect moment, it all blends together quite well. I’d keep this at room temp when serving, any kind of chill and I think you’re going to lose a lot of subtle flavours that make this so delicious.

I enjoyed the flavor, but the aroma and finish weren't as enjoyable.

Smells like waffles with maple syrup. Very pleasant in the mouth, not syrupy as the nose suggests. Orange with some nice barrel spice and some faint agave. More agave on the nose than in the mouth, I think. Nice smooth medium length finish ending with some back of the tongue numbing. Pretty well balanced between barrel and blanco. Tasted from a Glencairn glass and at 40% abv.

Light nose with agave and orange. Taste the same with some subtle butterscotch. Finish is smooth but not long lasting.

Butterscotch, vanilla, bitter almond quite smoky and a lot of caramelized pineapple and orange aroma and flavor.
