Aroma has big punch of sweet agave, pine, pineapple, citrus, minerals and a lactic note. Medium body, flavors of pineapple, pepper and green apple and vanilla. Long, balanced, satisfying finish.
Nice natural sweetness and great viscosity with slight oiliness. Nose is roast caramelized agave with a mouth full of same on the first and subsequent sips. Finish fades to some lingering sweetness with subtle alcohol on the tongue. A nice treat. Thanks Remy.
