NOM 1529 | Mexican 38% abv. version, LOTE 034/07, marbete is from 2003, tasted on 3-27-24. Color: very light yellow, confirmed. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, slightly herbaceous, slightly earthy, hint of green vegetal note, light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of dirt though my retronasal, no wood aroma nor flavor, so where does the light yellow color come from? Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, light green vegetal note, light herbaceousness with light earthy notes persist.
