softer more balanced nose than the blanco. small notes if caramel stand behind a crisp soft oak front. smooth pepper to easy short finish. buttery smooth frame to the whole taste.

Moderate aroma of vanilla and slight mint. Spicy mint and pepper flavor in the mouth with just a slight hint of warmth at the end. The finish is moderately long. This not an overly heavy or woody anejo. The flavor is light enough that it almost tastes more like a reposado. Revised/revisited 08/20/2021

Aromas of cooked agave are very present in this tequila which is pretty cool. Caramel, mint and black pepper are also there with a nice balance. Not a very complex aroma but it's pretty solid! Flavor is the best, you get a good amount of caramelized cooked agave with a hint of oak wood and finishing with a long mint/black pepper and honey flavor! Very smooth nice to be sipped really slowly!
