Nose: Initial wave of sweet cooked agave is followed up with some cellar mustiness, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and mild garam masala with a floral touch. It is not a robust or vivacious nose, but it contains a lot of interesting elements. Flavors: Deep rich vanilla melding into the dark caramel notes, giving you a sensation of a silky, but slightly scorched creme caramel. Juxtaposed, there is white pepper, spicy cardamom and the tiniest hint of tannic oak bitterness. Agave is hanging in.

A very interesting profile this is as spicy as some añejo tequilas. Nose of oak and agave that in the mouth blooms with barrel spice of cinnamon and clove, some natural sweetness, cooked agave and some alcohol. Very nice
