In this reposado tequila, a subtle aroma precedes a light agave flavor complemented by hints of baking spice and vanilla. The sweetness is finely tuned, making it a smooth and easy-to-drink choice with a pleasing balance of flavors.

NOM 1479. This is just OK and tastes diluted as I feel most 35% product does. This Reposado needs to have more barrel spice going to offset the low ABV. Blanco is better for me.

This has a creamy vanilla nose, and a spicy finish similar to the blanco. It has a moderately thick body that retains agave well, with a fair amount of sweetness. Little bits of cinnamon are evident as the dry finish lingers on your palate.

Review #291 - Don Weber Tequila Reposado

Tequila Don Weber is a new entry from a stellar distillery (NOM 1414). Just about everything that I taste out of 1414 is really good...so it goes without saying that I'm looking forward to tasting this one.
