Palate: confirms aromas perceived, quite subtle on the palate. Light black pepper. Finish is medium, light cooked agave, light stone fruit sweetness persists.

NOM 1111 | Mexican 35% abv. version, L1006J LOTE00225, marbete is from 2009, tasted on 12-22-23. Color: yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light vanilla, slightly earthy, a hint of soap, a hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, a hint of stone fruit sweetness, earthy, it has a light dusty sensation. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with light vanilla and earthy, dusty notes persist.
