NOM 1548 | Mexican 38% abv. version, No. Lote: 00019, no marbete, tasted on 4-17-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of acidity, light citrus, hint of anise, hint of green vegetal note, hint of herbaceousness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance but is light bodied, Finish is medium, light cooked agave, light citrus, light green vegetal notes with a hint of herbaceousness persists but not too long.
