NOM 1123 | Nose: Butterscotch, vanilla, oak, cooked agave, pear, cooked green apple, charred barrel, and a touch of mint. Very similar to those Repo but much more distinct and bright. Palate: Sweetness, oak, black pepper, vanilla, and agave. Finish: Pretty simple finish full mouthfeel. I haven’t had many 1123 Añejo’s so it was a treat to try this and add a bottle to the collection. I like it!
