Blue leather like front & neck label, 40% abv., acquired on September 2023, tasted on 9-27-23. Aroma: salty cooked agave, light anise & herbaceous note, 20 minutes later the agave note becomes sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends slightly salty. Finish is medium to medium long, light salty cooked agave note persist.

unfortunately I was really disappointed by this one. very little aroma, very little agave tastewise, finish dull, expected that it would compete on the “low” end of LALO as it comes from the same NOM. Perfect example of just because its produced by the same company doesn’t mean you can expect anything similar
